We are convinced that we must go beyond our economic contribution, which is why we work on our social responsibility by providing value to our closest surroundings.
We devote a portion of our profits to support the Ronald McDonald Foundation, which provides assistance and lodging to families with hospitalised children, so they can have a dwelling next to the hospitals where their children are staying. We also sponsor a part of the Family Room that the Foundation recently opened at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital.

Our role is to recycle them, and for our clients to use them at their foundries, thereby helping to reduce CO2 emissions, to not use primary resources, and to minimise the environmental impact.
Alfametal contributes to the sustainability of certain activities that require our work so they can benefit from much more competitive raw materials. The fact that these metals are recovered and then introduced once again in the market as a raw material means that they are considered a resource.
Alfametal consumes green energy and is investing in solar panels to increase its energy self-sufficiency and contribute to the sustainable energy that is so necessary in our country.
